Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Botanicals and teas (Blue Lotus, Butterfly Pea, etc.), once opened or used.
- Jewellery that has been worn.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a fault (e.g., a necklace breaking), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@serenaiapotheca.com with your order number and photos.
- We will offer a replacement or refund if the product is confirmed faulty.

- If you wish to return an unused, unopened, or unworn item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
